Something is wrong with goal setting Everyone in a company sets basically 2 types of goals: Securing promotions Generating revenue for the company But how can everyone’s goal be the same when each individual in a company is inherently different? This homogeneity in goal setting undermines the very diversity that can drive a team to excel. Have you ever seen an orchestra composed solely of tuba players? 

Here is an interesting way to approach goal-setting. Can be applied on a personal and team level. 🌶 Hot tip: Keep it as simple as possible.

When you have a team supporting you, you can go places you've never gone before. You grow into a person, you never thought you could become. You can build yourself in ways, you never thought were possible. You reach beyond your current dreams,   that previously seemed unattainable. You develop confidence in yourself, because you are surrounded by like minded people.   You are willing to jump into the dark, and try new and innovative ideas,  What holds true in athletics holds true for companies. Successful organizations always have, very strong team(s) supporting them. We are more than the sum of our individual parts.
