I loved this very candid interview of Jensen Huang , and absolutely loved some of the things he has highlighted. Watch the video for the complete details, but the few topmost things that stood out for me: 1. We all will have good days/bad days/good interviews/ bad interviews, but what will always matter is do you have a good past. So make sure you have a good past. 2. As CEO the role is to help employees attain their life’s work. The entire management is for that purpose. 3. CEOs have the best of people below them who need very less management and hence having 50 reportees is definitely ok. It seems strange that generally there are 5-6. 4. Information mutilation happens as layers are added and hence it is important to have the organization as flat as possible. 5. Always go back to first principles and ask questions. Practice a good skill of reasoning. A gem of an interaction, in my view. Yours? https://lnkd.in/dR4reMt2

Very impressive interview, - Instead of using KPI, which is the result, use something that is early indicator for future result - Select the work that if no one is working on it, the world will come down (and no one is working on it) - Work with the people who are the geniuses in the field
