Shows the apprenticeship rule because you get on shop experience, you get some really good quality training from jobs. He's got his own Academy and everything. I'm on the shop floor now and I'm just learning everyday, getting more experience everyday. So I was like college previously when I've moved over to an apprenticeship. Yeah, 100% recommended. Yeah, we get on job experience and we get quality training as well. I must say that my experience has been positive, enjoyable and valuable. One of the benefits that. They have gained whilst being on this course is that I have found that I'm able to tackle challenges as they come head on. It has allowed me to hone my skills as well and deal with complex situations within my setting and my workplace. I'm 48, I never. Even considered an apprenticeship and just thought it was for younger people. How wrong guy could be. So I've taken on a coaching professional apprenticeship at level 5 and the apprenticeship is enabling me to enhance my skills within the environment that I work in, the communication skills that you gave me from that sales role and the confidence that it brought out. And there was unparalleled and it really didn't develop the communication the way that I speak, the way that I communicate with people internally and externally to their business. So that is completely invaluable to.
