A recent Gallup survey revealed that only a third of US employees say their organisation has started implementing AI in business practices. The survey also found many employees do not use AI, despite leaders using it themselves. Artificial Intelligence might be the tip of the iceberg for rapid technological advances. Ignoring it could leave your team lagging behind, but that doesn't mean you should rush in unprepared. Instead, we propose an ethical approach.
