If you look in the folder for July 10th, in part two, there is a document stamped city 556. Here Abby Block is telling Chad Pelishek that she spoke with Jamie Haack and the DEI group of women expected costs $70,000 but could provide no benchmarks or measurable outcomes. Can someone at von Briesen & Roper, s.c. explain to me please how Jill Pedigo Hall still has a job? As I mentioned in my June 17th, 2024 speech to the Common Council: ""In her February 6 written report, issued a month AFTER Wolf was fired, she said quote. “No attendee of the October 5, 2022 meeting, except Wolf, provided evidence supporting Wolf’s claim that the women demanded $70,000 from the city.”   Yet Chad Pelishek did tell her that it was true and we know this because he recorded the conversation. And I think what you will find in these documents is the written proof that at least Jamie Haack and Abby Block also told Jill Hall that $70,000 was certainly discussed, maybe just as a starting point to show the city’s commitment for DIE. If you recall, I placed a letter in the personnel and finance committee on March 10th, 2023 indicating that Guevara and Haack were claiming defamation and should not be paid because it was provable that they asked for money. I knew that as a fact then, more than a year ago, and it is still a fact today. So, four attendees at the October 5th, 2022 meeting confirmed the asking of $70,000 yet (Jill Pedigo) Hall said exactly the opposite to the Common Council and in her written report... Why?"" Document stamped city 556 proves my point now as fact. How can an attorney for von Briesen and Roper conduct an "independent" investigation and flat out lie to get Todd Wolf fired.
