Extremely valuable and insightful video on the importance of developing those behind us. True mentorship is a lost art but with the impending wave of the baby boom generation leaving the workforce, all the more reason to think about how we are transferring knowledge to younger generations in a way this helps them think and act critically and strategically. Nice job Aman Sahota 🙏👏🏼🫶🏻
The next generation.....I find those words interesting. Which generation specifically do you mean? The reason why I pose this question to any leader is that our workforce currently consists of 4 generations. Each generation has its own characteristics and communication styles. I agree with the developmental aspects - just adding that empowerment is NOT a one size fits all.
Aman Sahota #3 is huge!!! HOW we think is often way more important than WHAT we think
Thank you, Aman Sahota, for sharing these valuable insights on nurturing leadership potential. Your emphasis on mentorship and providing constructive feedback resonates deeply with me. This is so true, Aman, leadership isn’t about command; it’s about cultivation. Developing the next generation of leaders requires more than assigning tasks or giving feedback, it’s about creating an environment where potential can thrive.
Intentional guidance truly shapes the leaders we need today.
Encourage Critical thinking, think write and share, strategic technique in problems solving,
