As challenging as communication may seem for most people, it's often times one of the simplest means of resolving, understanding and gaining clarity. As a Facilitator, I've come to realize that most times lack of clear communication can cause great harm which could have been easily avoided. Speak with absolute clarity, Communicate what the team goals are, what you're out to achieve. Do not assume the other party or team members should understand what you want to say. Adopt simple dialogue today.

Great communication comes from understanding the basics of communication. It comes from confirming what you have heard and knowing who needs to know what. You can put out the root cause of the fires you face if you trace it back to the spark that started the fire. Slow down and take your time. You will be a much better communicator if you do.
