Posting to multiple platforms can be the difference between 4,000 monthly impressions and 32,000 monthly impressions. Even if you’re not a TikTok person, your dream clients might be. Luckily, there are several ways to make this happen. In my recent blog post, I outline four different workflows. Take a peak and see which one makes the most sense for you.

I've always said it, but if you aren't using social at some point in your user journey, you're most likely missing a HUGE opportunity. This latest release from TikTok highlights just that, and how many users discover new brands on their channel (and social in general tbh) Although Search may get all the glory with the final conversions, the path to purchase almost always sees social in the user journey at some point; usually very early on. https://lnkd.in/enFnskNN

A couple of years back, I noticed a shift in my user behaviour on Tiktok. I wasn't just casually scrolling through my For You Page; I was turning to TikTok first whenever I needed to find something. I realised that I had started using TikTok as a search engine. Now, I know what you're thinking: "But TikTok isn’t a search engine." 🫠 And technically, you're right—it's not classified as one. However, that doesn't change the fact that people are using it in that way. Similar to platforms like YouTube and Pinterest, which are considered social/search hybrids, TikTok is being utilised for its search capabilities. #socialmediamanager #socialmediatips #socialmediamarketing #socialmediastrategy #socialmediamanagement #socialmediamarketingtips #socialmediacontent #socialmediatip #socialmediahelp #socialmedialife #socialmedia101

Around 40% of Gen Z prefers using TikTok and Instagram for search over Google 🤯 This data was originally shocking to me, but then I looked at my own habits. I noticed that the way I used TikTok had changed. I was using it as a search engine. So what did I do? I pivoted my content to answer questions people may be having on the platform. This did NUMBERS. We're talking million views here, 500k there. What method are you using to build awareness on TikTok? P.S. I relate to this hamster more than anything. #socialemediamarketing #tiktokmarketing #tiktok #growth

📈 Interesting data point: 61% of TikTok users discover new brands on the platform. Even Google is admitting that TikTok is eating into its core search market. With the rise of TikTok's popularity combined with its intuitive algorithms, it will be interesting to see if there is a change in behaviour among users and the way we search for products & services. TikTok has managed to do what Meta & other social media platforms are trying to do, which is to keep users glued to the platform and retain them on the app for as long as they can. The longer they stay on the app, the more ads can be shown to these groups of people, resulting in more 🤑 for them. I foresee that brands would want to post on TikTok more, as it is also shown that for those users who were inspired to do something because of a search on TikTok, 91% followed through and performed the action. (Higher conversion rate and ROI for the content that is posted) However, all this would not matter if you are manually tracking your social media platforms and not knowing the real metrics behind your content or campaigns. If you would like to know how you can start tracking your content on the various social media channels and campaigns, feel free to drop me a message! I would love to have a quick chat with you about how you can start tracking your campaigns & content more accurately and LESS manually! 😉 #digitalmarketing #socialmedia #tiktok #marketingtrends
