Today is World Menopause Day. This subject isn't spoken about enough. Menopause and perimenopause symptoms can impact both well-being and career progression, and we believe it’s essential to provide the right support. In recognition of the day, we are sharing that Ingka Group has introduced Global Menopause Guidelines. The guidelines offer practical resources for co-workers and managers, encourage open conversations, and provide solutions like workplace adjustments to help manage symptoms. #worldmenopauseday

World Menopause Day is this Friday. Is your workplace doing anything to mark the occasion? The theme for this year is HRT, but what about the 1/3-1/2 of women who can’t or don’t want to use it? Over the next couple of weeks I’ll be delivering training for a number of well-known companies, exploring everything we need to know about menopause, HRT and alternatives. We’ll be looking at: - What menopause is and isn’t - How prioritising self-care now will reduce your risk of serious health problems way beyond menopause - Where to start with menopause self care - Which HRT alternatives actually work, and how - How to resolve common symptoms like migraines I only have a couple of corporate training slots left so message me now if you’d like one. And here’s a quick Manager’s guide to making menopause easier in your workplace, with Catherine Rees #menopauseatwork #WorldMenopauseDay #womeninbusiness https://lnkd.in/eXfHRQVK

Do you fake illnesses to be off work because your menopause symptoms are so deliberating?!? I used to for years. Ashamed to admit what was happening to me. Let’s change that narrative. Let’s get Employers on board and raise Menopause in the work place. Having speakers in with real life experiences is something people can relate towards. Being raw and honest is exactly what I am and if I can help in your workplace, give me a shout 👍 #menopause #makemenopausematter #menopausehealth #menopausehelp #menopauseadvocate #prematuremenopause #perimenopause
