And here it is. 📱 In the new version of Teamogy, we've launched a new mobile application among other great features. Teamogy users can now download the Teamogy app from the App Store or Google Play. 🗣 With additional improvements to chat and internal discussions, Teamogy can now comfortably become the sole communication platform within your company. You can communicate one-on-one, in created rooms, on projects, and tasks, replacing Slack, WhatsApp, internal emails, and various other channels where information flows (and often gets lost). ⌚ The app also allows you to easily log time, manage tasks, and much more. 📅 Next time, I’ll share information about the many project management improvements we have also delivered in the new version, such as recurring tasks, task creation from templates, and more. Now, let's get to work on the next version! 🙂 #TheStoryDoesNotEndHere #SimplifyYourBusiness #CloudSystem #Teamogy #Communication #Collaboration #Technology #ProjectManagement #MobileApp #Business

After many months of introspection and effort, we’re proud to release our new digital presence. More than ever, this captures our commitment to quality development and expert advice for all things related to mobile apps. It has also been an opportunity for us to better surface our values and how we approach working with you, our clients, every day. In everything we do we are user-centric, inquisitive, prepared and, most importantly, adaptable. As 2024 comes to a close, we’re taking time to reflect on where we’ve come from — a small team with a vision, that mobile apps would dominate the eyeballs and attention of the public. This is now obvious in hindsight, but in 2010 it wasn’t a sure bet. Looking to the future, in a world with tools that can assist development like never before, we are continuing to bolster what we do best — thinking about the why and how as much as the when. It’s not enough to build the thing… We believe, through our over 14 years experience, that building the right thing is what matters most. https://lnkd.in/g4FW9icA

Over the past few months, we’ve been working tirelessly on Natively 3.0. This release marks a major milestone, bringing new features, smoother performance, and even more flexibility for mobile app creators. We’ve switched to Flutter Dev, Google’s SDK for cross-platform apps. It gives us the power and speed of native apps, and makes it easy to add new features or fix bugs quickly. But remember, it’s not just about the tech — it’s also about how we optimize what goes into your app. For example, we found large images were slowing things down, so we’ve worked to keep everything running smoothly. So, optimization is key! We also added new features, such as: 🔗 Branch.io for Deep Links: We’ve switched to Branch.io after Firebase announced its deep links service would shut down. Now, linking within your app is smoother and more reliable. 🧑🎨 Unified Styling for iOS & Android: We’ve made it easier to make your app look great on both platforms. Features like safe areas, haptic feedback, and more are now available on Android too. 🪟 External App Schemes: Need to open another app like Telegram Messenger or a banking app from within yours? Now you can! 📑 Internal URLs: Users can return to your app after visiting external pages like payment gateways. ⏸️ Pause Subscription: Users can now pause their subscription for up to 3 months and resume when they’re ready. 🪲 Fixing the Small Stuff: We’ve also worked on fixing some visual quirks clients noticed, like flickering between screens and issues with the keyboard covering input fields. We’re still improving, and you’ll soon be able to adjust these settings through the dashboard. At Natively, we’re always learning and improving based on your feedback. Natively 3.0 is just the start of many great things to come. #Natively #AppDevelopment #Flutter #NoCode #MobileApps #Innovation

Things I Wish I Knew Sooner as a Mobile App Developer. The last 10 years have been an enjoyable journey. Not easy, not perfect, but filled with experiences that made me the engineer I am today. Here’s what I’d tell my younger self as a mobile app developer or anyone early in their career: 1. You don’t have to memorize all the capabilities of iOS/Android to be a great app developer. At first, it’s tempting to follow tutorials for everything: notifications, location detection, ARKit, Bluetooth integration, etc. This can prepare you for upcoming apps, but often, the real skill is figuring out how to implement something for the first time by following documentation, articles, or exploring it yourself. Once you learn the 20% of things that are present in 80% of apps (like navigating between screens, using a REST API), the rest is “figureoutable”. 2. You won’t always see all the steps for implementing something, and you have to embrace uncertainty. Building on the previous point, be prepared to “not know” how to create something start-to-end, and trust that you’ll do it one step at a time. Some functionalities will be complex, so instead of trying to clarify and research everything from the beginning, focus on the next 1-2 steps. You’ll take those steps and then see further, just like driving on a road at night and seeing only as far as your headlights. Long post already, so I’ll keep the other things for another time. Follow along to see those as well. What would you tell your younger self? Comment below and let me know if you have any questions. #MobileAppDevelopment #CareerAdvice #CodingJourney
