Appreciation Cards are one way we nourish our culture of recognition at T. Marzetti. At our facilities across the country, employees send cards to their colleagues to thank them for all that they do. T. Marzetti’s commitment to safety protects the well-being of our team members and is one of the ways we strive to be #TheBetterFoodCompany. Our frozen storage facility in Columbus, OH recently achieved 18 years without an OSHA Lost Time accident! Congratulations to our Freezer team on this outstanding accomplishment. 

Today, we welcomed four students from Cristo Rey High School in Columbus, OH to T. Marzetti as we begin our fifth year of partnership with the school. Cristo Rey provides a work-study model of education in which corporate partners provide both tuition support and work-study mentorship for students. We are pleased to welcome Brett Castle to T. Marzetti. Brett joins us as Vice President of Brand Management, where he will utilize his extensive experience in brand strategy to support the continued growth of our Retail business. We're glad to have Brett on our team at #TheBetterFoodCompany!
