This is why you should be considerate in all your actions towards them including how you talk to them before closing a deal. Here are 5 professional ways to speak to your customers and keep them buying: 1. Maintain courtesy, politeness and positivity at all costs: 📌 Nothing pushes away a customer faster than a rude sales person! Know when to talk and when to wait for the customer to finish. Listen to them talk and make them know you're actually paying attention. Give them respectful responses even when they themselves seem rude. This will draw you closer to their hearts. 2.
