🤯 When speaking with colleagues and friends, many express feeling overwhelmed at times. As a manager, how can you role model self-care and establish healthy boundaries, especially in remote and hybrid teams that often need to stay connected across time zones, requiring early or late work hours? ❌I can tell you that this is certainly not easy. Looking forward to discussing this and more at OpenUp HR summit next week. Ahead is a day filled with back-to-back calls, followed by rushing home for pickup, dinner, and bedtime—only to open the laptop again later to continue work.
