Bottarga (mullet caviar) is a delicacy with an original taste, which many chefs consider to be one of the 30 healthiest foods on the planet. BENEFITS OF MULLET CAVIAR Fatty acids contribute to the normal functioning of the heart and brain. This is a valuable source of protein. The amino acid methionine normalizes the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, promotes the removal of excess fluid, accelerates metabolism, and improves the psycho-emotional state. Vitamin PP prevents the formation of blood clots, and the development of hypertension, and lowers cholesterol levels. Zinc is involved in the production of proteins, is necessary for muscle growth, and allows us to properly smell and taste. The element also accelerates wound healing, strengthens the immune system, and improves digestion. Fluoride is responsible for dental health: it helps tooth enamel resist caries.
