What an incredible session! We had over 100 participants join us, making it a truly engaging discussion. A big shout-out to our panelists Jayne Ng'ethe, @Grace Njenga, and Damaris Ndungwa. And special thanks to Damaris Ndungwa for the invite – it was a pleasure serving as the moderator! Reflecting on the session, I had some key takeaways that resonated deeply: 1. Culture change isn't an overnight switch; it's a journey that begins with recognizing persistent issues impacting morale, engagement, or performance. 2. Culture change takes time, patience, and, most importantly, the collective effort of everyone involved. 3. Effective communication, feedback loops, and engagement are the lifeblood of sustainable culture change. 4. Leadership sets the tone, HR plays a facilitating role, and employees actively participate in shaping the transformation journey. 3. HR's role in culture change goes beyond just implementation; it's about advocating for transformation, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.
