One of my favorite compliments I've received in my professional career was from a sync when Blake Lytle told me: "You don't just care about how well you're personally doing in your job, you CARE about your clients. Like really care about them." And I do. Team is everything to me, my core team at Supered and all the teams in my book of business. The #SuperedSquad matters to me. I am on their team, I am their hype girl, I celebrate their wins and mourn their losses with them. I take it personally if someone mentions they think they're falling behind in activation or not using the product to the best of their advantage and I give ALL credit to their hard work when they blow past milestones. I love my role here, and I love my book of partners. They are impossibly talented and doing amazing things with Supered⚡and I'm just happy to be a part of their successes.
