Heard this from a client today and it's music to my ears. I feel like a personal trainer hearing my client say that their legs are sore. When I sold our services to this brand, the strategic challenge we were trying to answer was that although they believed that experimentation was something they wanted to do more of, in their organisation their team was wearing 100 different hats and didn't always have the time or the focus needed to drive through an experimentation programme. This meant they were running, on average, one experiment a month. Sometimes less. Now, working together we've massively increased that, and each one of those experiments connects with an existing customer or business need, which means every single experiment creates value in some way, whether that's directly making money or safely delivering change and preserving revenue. Some of the best work we do is in supporting already existing experimentation teams within a business to increase their throughput, and drive volume and change. And no, I'm not going to let them slow down.
