The Global ESG Workforce Preference Survey is live! The study captures insights from over 5,000 respondents across 95 countries with an aim to help organisations better understand the perceived value and impact of their Environmental, Societal and Governance (ESG) strategies and policies on their workforce. One of the key findings is, employees are not sufficiently engaged on organisation's ESG agenda in order provide more positive and meaningful impact. Which presents companies with a great opportunity to make their ESG strategy more central to the employee promise and experience by making it more personal. #ESG #sustainability https://lnkd.in/dWTmiFBC

We are delighted to share with you our latest thinking around worker sentiment when it comes to ESG policies and strategies. The study - which includes a survey of close to 5,500 workers across 95 countries - aims to help organisations better understand the perceived value and impact of their ESG strategies on their workforce. This allows companies to help identify whether (and which) ESG strategies and policies are most important and valued by employees. The results show that employees are not sufficiently engaged on sustainability and ESG enough to make positive and meaningful organisational change. However, there is an opportunity for companies to make ESG more central to the employee promise and experience to make it more personal, meaningful and impactful.
