When we talk about ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) reporting, we often think about green environment, corporate governance, CSR and ethical practices. But there’s one critical aspect that’s frequently overlooked: employee well-being. A healthy, supported workforce is the backbone of any sustainable business. Prioritizing mental, physical, and financial wellness not only drives productivity and retention but also enhances a company’s social impact. 📊 Why It Matters: 💡Boosts engagement and innovation. 💡Strengthens talent retention in competitive markets. 💡Links directly to better financial performance. Yet, many organizations struggle to integrate this vital component into their ESG strategies due to challenges in measurement and reporting. It’s time for companies to elevate employee well-being from an afterthought to a key ESG priority. Doing so isn’t just good for employees; it’s good for business and society.
