I was reading about a report from Eploy whose 2024 UK Candidate Attraction Report showed 34% of employers said recruiting diverse employees is a major challenge, second only to a scarcity of qualified candidates with the right skills or experience. It is so important for employers to realise that the key to attracting diverse candidates is to start from within by creating the conditions for diverse employees to thrive. When your organisation is known as one where people with minoritized characteristics can achieve their full potential, trust me, attracting them won't feel like or be such a major challenge... #inclusion #diversity #equity #leadership #recruitment
