Innovation is always disruptive! Innovation is always big! #Innovation is based on #GenAI! Well, it could be, but it doesn't have to be. That's what we focused on at an internal event for my area (we call it “Not a Townhall Townhall”). 13 teams presented innovation-related topics in virtual breakout rooms to their colleagues. And of course, these breakout groups were also about GenAI solutions. But did you know that innovation is also an integral part of #decommissioning? To be honest, that wouldn't have been my first thought either. But this breakout group team proved that getting rid of outdated stuff does indeed offer huge potential for innovation.💡Innovation can happen literally everywhere, and it's not just a topic for a few colleagues, it's everyone's business! 💡 I am still impressed by what the colleagues presented during the event.
