Watch as we shake up Apple Cider Martinis with our Blanco and make Maple Pumpkin Spiced Popcorn! *recipes below🍸🎃🍿 APPLE CIDER MARTINI: 1¼ oz Fresh Fuji Apple Juice (or Knudsen Organic) ¼ oz Fresh Lemon Juice (or Lakewood Organic) 1½ oz Southbound Tequila Blanco ½ oz *Allspice Simple Syrup (Recipe below) SIMPLE SYRUP INGREDIENTS: 1 cup Water 3 Cinnamon sticks 2 tsp Whole Cloves ½ Whole Nutmeg 2 oz Light Blue Agave SIMPLE SYRUP INSTRUCTIONS: Combine ingredients in a saucepan and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Let the syrup cool or prepare it days in advance and store in the fridge. 1. Juice fresh Fuji apples. 2. Measure all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake until cold. 3. Pour into a cocktail glass. 4. Thinly slice an apple and skewer it for garnish. 5. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. 6. Enjoy! MAPLE PUMPKIN SPICED POPCORN: 4 cups Popped Popcorn ¼ cup Maple Syrup Salt Pumpkin Pie Spice Optional Toppings: Crushed Pretzels, Nuts of Any Kind 1. Preheat the oven to 250°F. 2. Place the popcorn and any additional toppings in a large mixing bowl. 3. In a saucepan, warm the maple syrup until it simmers. Remove from heat and pour over the popcorn mixture. Stir until well combined. 4. Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pumpkin pie spice. 5. Bake for 4-6 minutes to allow the maple syrup to candy. 6. Enjoy!
