You should minimize your "time to hire" as much as possible. Candidates are expecting faster decisions and a smooth hiring process that works on both sides. On your side, you also have to account for giving notice, which in the US is typically 2 weeks, but can be 2-3 months in other countries. Shorten your time to hire while accounting for employees giving notice. #hiring #hr #teambuilding
