I've seen many of those newly hired #marketing managers, CMOs, etc. go into a team and think they're heroic by pushing for changes with the brand, website, and then hiring of additional agencies They may be right, but, those are major resource-draining efforts and when it all tumbles down, that person had JUST joined the company and wasted a ton of money...
