We're always hearing about Skills Shortages. It feels like we have so many dots to join about skills. From people to employers, from education to industry. What skills do we need to know? Who can we find to learn new skills? Who will fill roles for us? Are Qualifications and skills programmes giving us what we need? Are we implementing them where we need to? Are we implementing them where we have the right people to take them on? The future changes in #SkillsEngland will start to change the way we look at skills needs, demand and supply. Everyone wants to know what skills they need now and in the future. But lots of organisations also want this to be 'fixed' by someone, somewhere. How are you handling this today?
