On Tuesday, Beijing hosted China's inaugural conference on the humanoid robot and embodied intelligence industry. The event drew more than 1,200 industry professionals from around the world, and over 30 enterprises showcased their latest technologies and products in two main exhibition areas. The conference highlighted the latest trends in China's humanoid robot industry, with the market size predicted to reach 2.76 billion yuan ($382 million) by 2024 and 75 billion yuan by 2029, which would account for 32.7 percent of the world's total. This puts China ahead of any other country in the world in this sector. It is expected that the industry will reach the scale of 300 billion yuan by 2035, according to the report released during the conference's opening ceremony.
