Unveiling a Week of Inspiring Moments and a Twist on Women Leadership Day 🚀✨ #LeadershipEpiphany 🚀🌍 Last week, over three intense days, I had the pleasure to collaborate - along my brilliant global Impact colleagues - with global senior talents, delving deep into the essence of their business, strategic directions, and how these translate into their daily operations. In a world marked by complexity and ambiguity, it's these leaders' task to provide guidance for their teams and set the course. ⚡ The Epiphany: during our sessions, a participant shared a thought-provoking observation: firefighting strategies fall short - but still only those get awarded. The real accolades come from extinguishing the fires, and there's an art to strategically implementing partial solutions. By doing so you earn a double reward. The sad truth is that preventative actions go unnoticed. No one sees the excellence in proactive measures that keep fires from igniting in the first place. Nothing happens? No dealing with spectacular crises? Boring. 🌟 Fast forward to International Women's Day, where the spotlight often falls on initiatives like "Women Leadership" programs. Working in the developmental sector alongside global corporate leaders, I've encountered these programs that seem to imply that women are the issue. My wish for both myself and fellow women is a paradigm shift – let's make programs for men the new norm. 💡 Imagine a world where leadership development initiatives are designed for everyone, regardless of gender. Instead of addressing women as if they are the challenge, let's create inclusive programs that uplift and empower everyone. The goal is not to fix a perceived problem but to foster an environment where every individual, regardless of gender, can thrive and contribute to their fullest potential. In combining these experiences, it becomes evident that true leadership transcends gender boundaries. It's about embracing diversity, recognizing the importance of proactive strategies, and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can shine. Here's to a future where success is measured by collective growth - not by gender, or how big the "fire" was and who put it down. #Leadership #InclusiveExcellence #DiversityEquityAndInclusion #InternationalWomensDay (credit goes to Magdalena Kwiatek - without conversation with you I wouldn't think about posting this 🙏 )

The grind looks familiar for a lot of women leaders. -Racing through tasks, no time to think deeply -Creating plans and visions on autopilot -Feeling drained, not energized, by responsibilities Why? Misalignment. It's like forcing a square peg into a round hole. You can make it fit, but at what cost? You desire: -Time to think, create, and innovate -Work that ignites passion, not exhaustion -Using expertise in ways that feel authentic and impactful This yearning for alignment isn't random. It's a call to something greater. But this dissatisfaction is actually an invitation...to greater. Imagine: -Leading with clarity and vision -Tackling challenges with enthusiasm -Feeling fulfilled, using your unique talents to their fullest This isn't just about job satisfaction. It's about stewardship. Stewardship of gifts, purpose, and potential. It starts with intention. And it's about creating space. This is what I help my clients do every day: -Uncover their unique leadership gifts -Align their careers with their deepest values -Create space for strategic thinking and innovation -Transform their leadership impact without sacrificing their authenticity. Together, we bridge the gap between where they are and where they're truly meant to lead. Because when you align your work with your purpose, you don't just change your career. You transform lives - starting with your own. Trust that you were created for more than just getting by. #AliciaEmpowering #womeninleadership

6 reasons why women don't feel their career is progressing at an appropriate pace… From our Future of Women survey, 53% of women noted that their careers are not progressing at an appropriate pace. Further to that point, respondents were asked why they felt this was true. Rather than focus on the negative, let's examine these 6 reasons and what the organization can do. 1️⃣Lack of leadership engagement? ➡️Create open, transparent, honest conversations about their career goals. 2️⃣Reduced access to Learning & Development opportunities? ➡️Create opportunities for women to acquire the skills necessary to advance in their careers. 3️⃣Unrealistic expectations? ➡️Allow women the opportunity to balance professional and personal commitments if they feel it is a priority. 4️⃣Unconscious bias? ➡️Address unconscious bias through training and continuous efforts to cultivate an inclusive environment. 5️⃣Lack of positive female role models? ➡️Increase the visibility and representation of women in leadership roles through targeted leadership development paths. 6️⃣Unequal access to sponsorship? ➡️Develop leadership training and development programs tailored to address the unique challenges faced by women. The survey clearly shows a profound desire among women for tangible change and actionable support. How could you be part of that change and support?

🤔 𝐀 𝐟𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞?! 𝐈𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲? Aren't we all human and aren't leadership principles relevant and applicable for women and men? 👉 𝐘𝐄𝐒, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧! We are not like men: physically, mentally, have different challenges in life, deal with situations differently and above all have different needs - in our professional and private lives (and that's a good thing, because it means we can complement each other). 🤗 That's why I consciously signed up for the female leadership programme from Ten More In last December and completed the 6-week programme this week. Why? Not only to work on my leadership skills: ➡ For many years I have worked mostly with men and I miss the female perspective and exchange. That's the fact. ➡ And then, as a female entrepreneur without children of my own, I wanted to better understand what I could do myself, in our company and for our #medtech industry to promote and support women more. 💡 Up to now, there are so many studies and evidence that, on the one hand, 𝐦𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫, and on the other hand, we 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧, which is still not really being utilized today. My conclusion after the 6 weeks: 😍 What an incredibly great programe that will certainly change the management landscape in companies! In addition to the excellent transfer of knowledge, the main focus is on sharing experiences, networking and the community. I was able to get to know so many great women and I realized once again where 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬: 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐲, 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 that we can unleash. "better than tinder" "empowerment" "encouragement" "spirit of optimism" "beginning of a change" "new era" - this is just a small excerpt from the feedback of the more than 100 participants from the last online live session 💫 🙏 Thank you to the wonderful Ten More In team and a big shout out to Lea-Sophie Cramer and Lia Grünhage for that amazing vision, mission and the really perfect realization! You are incredible and we are all looking forward to the journey that has only just begun! 🚀 #teamwork #personalgrowth #internationalWomensDay #weltfrauentag
