🚀 With the widespread roll-out of GenAI tools, we are spoilt for choice with all the different versions available. While these tools can greatly enhance our productivity, I cannot overstate the importance of validating the output. Here's a quick comparison you can use across different tools with the classic question: "Which is heavier? A kilogram of feathers or a pound of steel?". Of the 5 different tests, only ChatGPT-4 and Copilot (Precise setting) generated the correct answer! Google Gemini even tries to be smart by explaining what the "trick" is - except it falls flat on its attempt with a whole lengthy explanation that is ultimately wrong. My personal preference is GPT-4 for the best-explained correct answer. CoPilot also fairs well but do note the difference between the "Balanced" vs "Precise" setting; a single toggle can make a huge difference in output accuracy! 🧐 As we embrace the power of Generative AI, let's also remember to apply critical thinking and verify the results. ✅ GenAI can help you up to 99% at times, but don't forget the importance of human context, experience and common sense.
