I was newly posted as Regional Head of a semi urban region in State Bank of India (SBI), leading a team of about 50 branches. We, as a team, set out to make the Children's Day unforgettable. Instead of the usual celebrations, we aimed for something #transformational. On 14th November, we opened over 5,000 savings bank accounts for students across our region - in single day. This remarkable milestone was made possible only through unmatched #team spirit, meticulous #planning & #execution and sheer determination - even overcoming unexpected system downtimes..!!
