HubSpot isn't just a band-aid for short-term pains – it's the engine that powers long-term business growth. As an all-in-one solution spanning marketing, sales, and customer service, HubSpot empowers companies to create a seamless customer experience, optimize processes, and align teams around a common "North Star" goal. That is why HubSpot should never be sold on feature set, or what it could enable you to do today. If you're looking for spot fixes, you might benefit more from smaller more specialized pieces of software. But if you're ready to launch toward a $1B business, reach out to Aptitude 8. I hear they're the best HubSpot Technical consultancy out there. S/O to Christopher Barnett for being a guest on the Sprockets & Gears Podcast

The easiest way to scale your business? Delegate responsibilities, not tasks. We often speak to CEOs who have hired a VA to check emails or manage a calendar, but they still feel like they are doing half the job. That’s because they didn’t fully let go. They didn’t delegate the responsibility that comes along with the task, so they had to stay involved. So, what would it look like if you delegated responsibility? 🎙️ You could go from spending hours preparing each podcast episode to rolling into the studio, recording your episodes, then carrying on with more high-level tasks, knowing every other aspect of podcast production is being handled by your team. 🤳🏼 You can stop stressing about what to post on socials every day because your team is handling the strategy and content production. Your attention is on investor meetings and serving your clients. 💻 You no longer have to troubleshoot that issue with one of your platforms that you can never seem to find a permanent fix for. Instead, you’re making high-level decisions like whether to launch a new product or service and what that would look like. True delegation means your team handles the things you don’t actually have to be involved in while you’re making business moves that will generate tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars. You’re free to be more innovative. You have the opportunity to make investments and get investments. You get to finally do that thing you’ve been putting off for MONTHS (or more, no judgment here). DM us DELEGATE if you’re ready to make some serious money moves in your business. 💃🏼 #ceomindset #delegation #delegatetoelevate #automation #automationsolutions #buildyourbrand

Redefining what is possible on HubSpot 🧡
8moChristopher Barnett nailed it! You mentioned marketing, sales, and service, which are the more obvious departments for using a CRM, but we're also seeing back-office operations like finance and accounting move into HubSpot now.
