💡 Sean’s Tuesday Thought: We need more people to be like crescent wrenches. Consider the example set by Charles Lindbergh back in May of 1927. He achieved the first nonstop flight from New York to Paris in under 34 hours. Among the few things he requested for this monumental journey were fuel, sandwiches, a few tools, and most notably, a crescent wrench. Unlike a standard half-inch or ten-millimeter wrench, the crescent wrench was adjustable and versatile. Its flexibility made it indispensable. 👉 As we navigate challenging times, it’s crucial to embrace flexibility and adaptability. Just as the crescent wrench adjusts to fit any situation, we too must be adaptable. #leadwithyourheart #keeppushingforward This was episode four of The Friday Feature.

5moResourcefulness and adaptability are key leadership principles, Sean. Along with that, Charles Lindbergh had a spirit of adventure and optimism — and that’s missing in corporate America.
