6 Top of mind thoughts as of late for the Red Oak team 1) Retail is changing and changing rapidly. Experiential retail is the new concept soon to take over and traditional big box and transactional shopping is outdated and has shifted to e-commerce. Lets redefine what this means 2) Success in our communities will be defined by the limited need to ever leave our communities. The 15 minute city is alive and well 3) No more antiquated under utilized “amenity” centers. We will create and shift this paradigm to a modern and functional concept. This will be a key differentiation that makes Red Oak stand out from the herd. Despite initial resistance from the Lambeth Licensing Authorities due to concerns about exceeding Framework Hours, we were granted the extra hours requested without the need for a Hearing.
