Today's Mental Monday explores the question, "When (if ever) does it make sense to visualize the worst case scenario?" This is a HUGE topic, and one that I can't fully cover in this short episode. There is no simple answer (and that's what makes it fun to talk about!) Let me be very clear, I don't think it's healthy to seek out obstacles, or dwell on the negative stuff. You don't want to be careless when it comes to mindset work. That's why in today's episode, I'm telling you why I believe visualizing the "worst case scenario" can be very healthy, put your mind at ease, and actually help you move TOWARD your goals. Most importantly, I'll teach you HOW to visualize the worst case scenario in a way that won't derail you. 🎙 Tune into: "The Worst Case Scenario Exercise": https://buff.ly/3noMQ1h

🚨NEW EPISODE DROP: Your anxiety isn't broken - your approach might be. Just learned something that's changing everything about how I teach anxiety management: We've been starting in the wrong place. Your racing thoughts? They're actually your brain's attempt to explain why your body is freaking out. Dr. Kennedy calls these "brain droppings" (hilarious but true!) Key insight: You can't think your way out of anxiety, but you can FEEL your way through it. The new episode breaks down: Why trauma shows up as body alarms A 30-second grounding technique that actually works Why "common" experiences like rejection create anxiety years later This episode went LIVE today. Link in the comments. P.S. If your anxiety feels random and overwhelming, this episode is especially for you. This isn't just mindset stuff - it's about working with your body's alarm system the right way. #AnxietyRelief #MentalHealthPodcast #TheTeenAnxietyMaze #AnxietyTips #TherapyTools
