This was one of the best small group experiences I’ve had to date. Honored to have been invited and eager to see the impact this effort will have on ensuring all veterans who were exposed to burn pits get the care they need and deserve.

I'm filled with gratitude as I reflect on the remarkable experience of co-leading the Harvard Radcliffe Institute exploratory seminar, "Veterans' Health and Toxic Exposures: Right Care Everywhere." Facilitating this important dialogue was an honor. The seminar brought together an extraordinary group of leaders and experts from various sectors, each committed to ensuring that every veteran exposed to harmful toxins receives the right care, regardless of where they seek it. The engagement and dedication of everyone involved was truly inspiring. Thank you to everyone who attended for your openness, passion, and commitment to making a difference. Together, we tackled the crucial issues of identifying and bridging the gaps in care and support for veterans with toxic exposures who receive their care outside of the VA, ultimately highlighting key solutions that we are eager to put into action. I am excited to continue this journey alongside such an exceptional group, and I look forward to sharing more about our collaborative efforts and next steps. Thank you Asaf Bitton, Julie Tomáška, PhD, MSPH, Carrie Farmer, anthony szema, Abi Scott, MBA (TS/SCI), Selene Martin, Margaret (Meg) Harrell, Ph.D., Joe Bonvie, PsyD, ABPP, CMPC, Eric Goralnick, MD, MS, Michael Allard, Sarah Blansett, Connor Griffiths, John Boerstler, Ashok Reddy and everyone I met along the way preparing for this work, I am inspired by all of you! #VeteransHealth #ToxicExposures #RightCareEverywhere
