How do they manage that blended workforce of the employed and the freelance? And how do they build a relationship and an emotional connection with freelancers? Here is a snippet of my conversation with Aidan McCullen on the #InsideLearning Learnovate Centre, Trinity College Dublin Podcast - thank you so much for having me, I loved our discussion on all things future of work, from the C-suite access economy and portfolio work to the next generation and integration of AI in the blended workforce.
