Want to join our team? We are hiring movers/drivers and a development director. What is it like to work here? 🔴 Mission first. Always and everything. It guides everything from our budget to our behavior. 🔴 Kindness and openness. Be nice. Be open to being wrong. Be open to mistakes. Be open to constant learning. Be open to new ideas. 🔴 Trauma informed. We hire the nicest bunch of a*$holes you have ever known. Our moving team treats our clients with the MOST respect they can. We don't use "those people" or question "why would they take all that stuff?" We assume positive intent and radical compassion. For ourselves and others. 🔴 We have fun. We play hacky sack at lunch. We play the music a little too loud. We laugh all the time. We are silly and a little unconventional. (okay - I don't play hacky sack, but most people do.) 🔴 We aren't fancy. We are jeans and a logo-shirt kind of operation. 🔴 We have to wear closed toed shoes all the time (because a warehouse). 🔴 We work hard. Really hard. But we also talk to each other about pulling back and resting. These values apply to our volunteers and staff.
