Amazon just teamed up with TikTok and Pinterest to let users shop directly on these platforms with real-time pricing and Prime perks. Here are my quick-fire thoughts: 1. Amazon's ads on TikTok now link straight to their platform, making it easy to snag deals with Prime benefits. It's basically what DTC brands have been doing forever—just means more cash for TikTok. 2. Power Move: This partnership could be TikTok's way of getting cozy with a big U.S. e-commerce player, especially with all the ban drama. Might help TikTok stay in the clear. 3. Limited Selection: The "select products" bit probably means we're not getting everything. Kinda takes the edge off the hype.
