Last week we hosted a brand new webinar - ‘The AI Advantage: Supporting ODP with Artificial Intelligence’. 🖥️ We were joined by the award-winning Transformation Accelerator Team in the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority, who discussed how they have improved outcomes within Operational Delivery through the use of AI. 🏆 The webinar was a huge success and attendees were able to learn more about AI in government and how it can be used to maximise results. Caught an intriguing perspective on the current AI landscape that challenges the conventional view on what 'advanced' truly means. While many seem convinced about the supremacy of a few large AI models, the article emphasizes a more nuanced reality. It suggests that smaller, specialized AI systems are often more effective in certain domains. This raises an interesting question: are we putting too much faith in a few dominant players rather than exploring diverse solutions? What do you think?
