Another week goes by, and another set of learnings come in! If anything has been confirmed time and time again: building a startup and generating demand is hard!!! Nevertheless, each small win along the way is more and more energizing, and we wouldn't have it any other way. 🌹 Rose: Our 3rd party MagSafe chargers arrived from China with the correct specifications, reducing a major barrier to acquiring customers. With this success, we're planning to order a larger batch and include them in bundles when they arrive. This is a big win for us as we continue to improve our product offerings. 🌱 Bud: We’ve taken a bold step to increase our visibility by applying for the Etsy Design Awards. Winning this could significantly boost awareness of our products. Fingers crossed, and we’ll keep you updated on the progress! 🌵 Thorn: One of our ongoing challenges is slow demand and sales. While we have people engaging with our products on Etsy, converting that interest into sales has been tough. TikTok and Instagram haven't been very successful for conversions so far, but we're learning which content works. To bring clients to your business, do this!! Last month, we went to different shops in and around our place to purchase tiles for our house. In the first shop, They have many varieties of tiles dumped in one place. I was left confused as everything was alike and there was no proper lighting, so we couldn't able to see it in a proper way those textures designs etc., Though they have the latest designs, we weren't able to pick the best one. Secondly, we went to a retail showroom. Here, we had a completely different experience. They segregated each brand with the size of the tile and how it looks by proper displaying. With the help of display pieces and good lighting, we could able to touch and feel, whether it's a glossy or matte finish. And it helps to decide us easily, rather than imagining in mind. Lighting and displaying play a vital role in their businesses to make people from them.
