Tokyo Disney Sea opens a new theme park area “Fantasy Springs” at June 6th 2024. Oriental Land, which operates Tokyo Disney Resort, announced on the 26th that its net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 is expected to be 120.5 billion yen, a slight increase from the previous fiscal year. This is the highest profit ever, exceeding the fiscal year ended March 2024 (120.2 billion yen), when the 40th anniversary event was a success. What surprised me wasn’t that they were fixing it, but how they did it. They used a leveller to ensure it was perfectly aligned! I’ve fixed a few TVs myself, and few other TVs being fixed; but never seen anyone go that far. Usually, people just eyeball it. This tiny detail made me think about the bigger picture: -Small actions like this are what make a huge difference. -They are one of the hidden reasons behind Singapore’s impressive growth. - Excellence isn’t just in the big things—it’s in the small details. We reevaluated our options, shifting to alternative villages and rearranging logistics on the fly. Activities like livestreaming and filmmaking, which showcased local specialties (the area is renowned for its role in the birth of livestreaming), were adapted to indoor settings, receiving enthusiastic feedback.
