JUST TO MAKE THIS SUPER CLEAR GenAI theoretically unlocks loads of new value for insurers, more than we can likely imagine (is there a tool for that? 🤣 ). We are already doing loads of it. The question to ask yourself is - do I have the right data foundations and capability to harness this in decisioning, customer & employee experiences and operational processes. At scale and across everything viably and feasibly? If not, then it's probably why you're once again stuck "up the PoC river without a paddle". Lets turn theory into reality by starting to address the enterprise design and technology changes needed to make this happen in an industry wonderfully complex, regulated and hugely valuable. Then the tools including prompt analysis, symantic understanding, term matching and contextual awareness to shrink that down to relevant and timely data to unleash the potential of GenAI. Spot on, Rory Yates! GenAI’s potential in insurance is massive, but as you rightly pointed out, the key to turning theory into reality lies in having the right data foundations and scaling across decision-making, customer experiences, and operations. Without solid infrastructure and a strategic AI framework, companies risk getting stuck in PoC cycles. From what we’ve seen, focusing on enterprise design and aligning AI with core business objectives will unlock the real value. Looking forward to seeing how insurers embrace these changes!

Address the DATA 🔥🔥🔥. Yes and always Rory Yates - organizations that win this battle in the end will come back to their sophistication and ability to deploy tooling for continual data quality and governance. Backing your data practices is the foundation for speed and deployment of #AI🎤
