We all know about AI. But have you heard of IA? Intelligent Application. It's an important term to know and understand. Gartner's article explains it nicely. IA can be precise solutions to your problems and solutions that do not need lost of time to get smart, but rather have value to your users on Day 1. Worth a read. CloseStrong is an IA powered by AI. How's that for a tongue twister! 😉 https://lnkd.in/g-PW5_cu #closestrong

Love this post from Carrie Welles! Are you up to speed on IA? (no that's not a typo). Read Gartner's article below. This is how we describe the technology category we're in for investors. For customers, we are On-Demand Revenue Enablement, with some RevOps benefits for Ops / Deal Desk as well. : )

There is concern that the use of AI could have an adverse effect on the workforce. For example, the view that AI could lead to job displacement in roles traditionally performed by human employees, especially those in underwriting, claims processing, and customer service. Yet to look at it as a glass-half-full opportunity, AI can help employees become more productive and even more competitive in their role or field. AI will continue to automate repetitive, time-consuming tasks, yet it will also deliver faster access to vital information and provide new alternatives to conventional insurance processes in key lines of business such as rating, pricing, and risk management. JUST TO MAKE THIS SUPER CLEAR GenAI theoretically unlocks loads of new value for insurers, more than we can likely imagine (is there a tool for that? 🤣 ). We are already doing loads of it. The question to ask yourself is - do I have the right data foundations and capability to harness this in decisioning, customer & employee experiences and operational processes. At scale and across everything viably and feasibly? If not, then it's probably why you're once again stuck "up the PoC river without a paddle". Lets turn theory into reality by starting to address the enterprise design and technology changes needed to make this happen in an industry wonderfully complex, regulated and hugely valuable. 🚀 How AI is Streamlining the Underwriting Process in Insurance 🚀 Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the underwriting landscape, making it faster, more efficient, and customer-centric. Here’s how: Automation of Data Tasks: AI automates repetitive tasks like data entry and document retrieval, reducing processing costs and minimizing human errors. This allows underwriters to focus on complex evaluations. Enhanced Risk Assessment: By analyzing vast datasets, including unstructured data, AI provides deeper insights into potential risks, improving accuracy in pricing and decision-making. Faster Processing Times: AI significantly decreases the time required to evaluate applications, enabling quicker quote generation and enhancing customer satisfaction. Predictive Analytics: AI models can predict risk factors and identify ideal policyholders, allowing underwriters to make informed decisions swiftly. The future of underwriting is here, and it’s powered by AI! 🌟 #Insurance #Underwriting #AI #Innovation #CustomerExperience

I’ve used AI to transform call centers (for the better) Here’s how: AI is transforming call centers by enhancing customer interactions and boosting operational efficiency. AI automates routine tasks like data entry and call routing. This lets agents focus on complex customer issues, making their jobs more satisfying and impactful. This shift cuts operational costs by up to 30%. It also reduces high employee turnover and results in faster, more accurate customer service. But the real game-changer? AI personalizes training programs and gives real-time insights. This ensures every agent performs at their best. How do you think AI will change customer service in the next five years?

Have you noticed how AI is shaking things up in the business world? Let's chat about some cool stuff happening in business process automation. AI Agents -- These smart little helpers are now handling entire workflows. Imagine an AI taking care of a whole insurance claim from start to finish! AI Gets Creative -- It's not just following rules anymore. AI is coming up with new ideas to make our work smoother and faster. Smart Process Insights -- New AI tools are like having a super-smart colleague who can spot ways to improve your work processes in seconds. AI is everywhere -- Whether you're in manufacturing, IT, or healthcare, AI is probably already making waves in your industry. Keeping It Real -- As AI gets smarter, it’s becoming increasingly important that we’re all using it responsibly while making sure humans apply the appropriate stop buttons and guard rails. The bottom line? AI isn't just helping us work – but rather changing how we think about work itself! I'm excited, but where it all goes no one knows. But we’re really going to have to recalibrate our thoughts about work to adjust for the imminent impact of this technology. What do you think? Is AI really making your job easier, or is it giving you a major headache? how so? Drop a comment! #AIatWork #WorkSmarter #TechTalk
