Reflection is important in various aspects of our lives, particularly in teaching. Reflecting on how classes went and on students' performances gives us valuable insights to improve teaching.

Students evaluation is not just the evaluation of students' learning, but in fact it is the reflection of a teacher how successfully he has delivered the lesson. Thus, it is a mirror of one's teaching skills.
