Your audience doesn’t want another banner ad, blog post, or lifeless campaign. They want stories. The kind that makes them lean in. The kind that feels human. The kind that makes them think, “This was made for me.” That’s where branded podcasts come in. They connect brands with audiences on a deeply emotional level—through conversations, creativity, and stories that resonate long after the earbuds come out. If you’re ready to unplug from the matrix of content mediocrity, let’s talk. 📩 DM me or comment below to find out how brands like Amazon and Cirque du Soleil are using podcasts to not just reach their audience, but to move them.

In the great debate of quantity or quality in content the unfortunate truth is neither matter if your promotion of them sucks. Perfection in content is still a big enemy. Five B pieces of content out in the market will likely get you better results than one A+ piece. And NONE will get you anything without promotion, where your AUDIENCE will tell you what is good. When's the last time you saw someone promote a podcast episode two months after it aired - even though the content is evergreen? Why do we do this? B2B marketing is stuck in a cycle of production and then biffs the promotion. New article? Great, here's a LinkedIn post announcing it. ... that ... is ... all. A single post. No tying it into a news story that breaks four weeks later. No linking it when a prospect grips about the topic on X. No actual enablement of the content. I was asked a few weeks ago, "Why?" And ... um, I had no answer. I couldn't actually rationalize WHY we do this. Why do we do this? Why?!

If I told you there was a way to grow your podcast without getting more exposure. Would you be interested? And what if I told you, your current content strategy could be slowing down your growth. You see, most podcasters are stuck with a normal content strategy: Relying solely on guests, hoping they'll bring in new listeners. Guessing with content, covering different topics without audience research. Lack of content market fit, forcing topics on listeners instead of giving them what they want. This only leads to slow growth, low engagement rates, and an audience that ignores your every call to action. If that sounds familiar then you might want to consider this new way of creating your content strategy. It's called a Demand-Based Content Strategy. Here's the idea. Instead of relying on guests, clients, or ideas you have to decide what topics you cover on the show... You pinpoint the exact topics that are hot and trending right now in your niche. Then you package each episode as something wildly attractive to the listeners you want to reach. This way you can: Attract new listeners who binge on your content Have those listeners coming back for more Compound growth month after month It's impossible not to grow your show month after month when you have a content strategy based on data and what the listeners you want to reach are craving. Ditch the guesswork trying to generate attention (normal content strategy). And switch to a Demand-Based Content Strategy where you're simply capturing the demand that's already there. Now you might be thinking, Ant this sounds awesome... Where can I sign up? We dropped an episode breaking down the exact steps you can start taking today to attract, engage, and retain more new listeners... curious? Check out the first link in the comment section.

🎯 Want to Skyrocket Engagement with Your Content? 🎯 Your thumbnail is often the FIRST thing your audience notices. It’s not just a preview—it's a promise! 👀 💡 In this example, I designed a thumbnail for a Trading Podcast. Here’s why it works: 1️⃣ Clear Focus on the Host: The close-up shot establishes connection and trust right away. 2️⃣ Bold, Legible Text: No one should have to squint to read your title. Make it BIG and BOLD! 3️⃣ Icons for Instant Clarity: The icons immediately convey the core topics: Mind, Money & Markets. 4️⃣ Vibrant, Contrasting Colors: The orange and black combo grabs attention while staying professional. Remember: A great thumbnail boosts click-through rates and makes your content stand out in a sea of competition. Don’t just think of it as decoration—it’s your first impression! 👉 Hook your audience with a killer thumbnail today! Need help? Let's connect, and I’ll create a design that gets results. #ThumbnailDesign #ContentCreation #VisualMarketing #EngagementBooster #DharmaThumbNinjaDesign

✨THREE WAYS TO SOURCE IDEAS✨ 1️⃣ Evergreen: these are the ideas, themes and topics that are the CORE of your brand. Regardless of the trends and audios and latest news, these are the foundational components of who you are, what you do, and what you want to convey. 2️⃣ Trends, Other People, Outside Sources: we do not live in a vacuum. Trends are big part of short form video content culture and can be a source of ideas. Often times we are inspired by other people to then create ideas of our own. Other times a podcast, or a current event or a piece of pop culture can spark something in our brains that we then connect to our brands, which turns into a post on social media. 3️⃣ The Visuals: usually we will have an idea that we then translate into a visual (a reel, a carousel post, etc), but sometimes, we can get inspired the other way around. For example, you might take a b-roll shot in an interesting location, and it’s the location, or the movement, or what your wearing that then creates an idea for a post. If you’re stuck with figuring out ideas lately, identify which you tend to source from the most and see if you can dip you toe into one of the others to reignite ideas and get that creativity flowing again!

They say that comparison is the thief of joy, yet you compare yourself to the top 1% of creators. Gary Vee and his 10M+ followers. Casey Neistat, the daily vlogging pioneer. Joe Rogans podcast with millions of listeners. Mr Beast with his army of editors and creators. ...𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵. Little views, no engagement - you suck. Actually, you don't. You're winning big time 💪 1% of internet users create content. 9% of users interact with or engage weekly. 90% of users primarily consume content passively. So if you're posting regularly online... YOU ARE IN THE TOP 1%. But your content isn't getting views/likes/results? You're just early in the content game. Give it 12 months, and you'll be creating content that crushes it online. Posting banger after banger. The other 99%? They'll continue to moan that social media doesn't work, whilst never actually getting started. It takes posting that first video to be in the 1%. You in, or out?💁🏼♀️

This week's content nuggets... Fresh drop of the finest content bits that may be useful to you and your business. Particular highlight is the book “Thinking Fast and Slow”, an absolutely positive perspective shifter of a read. Podcast: The Entrepreneur Experiment The best dressed man and host of eComm Live in Belfast last week, Gary Fox, has amassed a wealth of smashing episodes with industry players on this pod. Stacked with learning. My personal favourite was the recent one with Tines Eoin Hinchy, so insightful. Check here: https://lnkd.in/eA5QN2P6 Book: Thinking Fast & Slow Daniel Kahneman sadly passed away recently, but he left us with this seminal read. Probably the most thought provoking, and applicable, book I’ve ever read. You will look at your thought process and decision making much differently afterwards. Check here: https://lnkd.in/ebfG23DD Documentary: Squaring The Circle - The Story of Hipgnosis Brilliantly put together by Anton Corbijn, on the duo behind the likes of Pink Floyd’s “Dark Side Of The Moon” album cover. Their hyper creative partnership fueled the aesthetic of pop culture for several decades. Check here: https://lnkd.in/eXYBUkkD Record: Nightmares On Wax - Smokers Delight I caught the 25th Anniversary of Carboot Soul in Southbank recently, cracking album that, but this one is even more iconic, and the perfect record to soundtrack the summer heat creeping in. Check here: https://lnkd.in/ezRFA73v TikTok: What’s trending on TikTok? A question we hear from everyone, from organic teams to CEOs. Cultural trends and movements begin on TikTok, so understanding what’s moving and shaking on the platform is gold dust to modern marketers. And we have a resource to keep track of it all. I was rewatching some of my favorite Mr. Bean episodes yesterday, and it hit me—he’s actually a brilliant marketer! Mr. Bean is one of the most recognized characters in the world, and rarely talks, yet you always know what he’s thinking. A teddy bear, a tiny car, a confused look. That’s all it takes for Bean to connect with millions. His “brand” is clear, unique, and unforgettable. So, what’s his secret? And I realized that his methods hold some surprisingly valuable lessons for marketers. I’ll show you how 👇 🔹Keep It Simple: Mr. Bean doesn’t complicate things. His actions are universal, relatable, and speak louder than words. Lesson: Don’t overcomplicate. Make your message easy to understand. 🔹Be Memorable: From his goofy expressions to his iconic outfit, he’s instantly recognizable. Lesson: Find your unique brand voice. Make an impression that lasts. 🔹Consistency is Key: Every episode delivers the same quirky, unpredictable Mr. Bean. Lesson: Show up consistently. Build trust through predictability. 🔹Reach a Global Audience: Mr. Bean’s humor transcends language—he connects with anyone, anywhere. Lesson: Make your message resonate beyond borders. 🔹Create Curiosity: You never know what Mr. Bean will do next, and that keeps us watching. Lesson: Keep your audience curious and engaged. Leave them wanting more. The Takeaway: Mr. Bean shows us that powerful marketing doesn’t need to be complicated. Sometimes, it’s the simple, genuine connections that make the biggest impact. 🫤Fun fact: Growing up, I’d watch Mr. Bean’s episodes on repeat. . . #Marketing #Branding #Storytelling #CustomerConnection #MarketingLessons
