Yesterday AWS announced "the general availability of CloudWatch Application Signals, an OpenTelemetry compatible APM feature in CloudWatch" Unfortunately there is very little "open" about their use of OpenTelemetry 😞 It also requires ADOT to send telemetry 😭

Previously we need to setup serverless vpc connector and design the egress from CloudRun and now we have the in preview capability to actually having a direct connectivity to VPC.
