Hiring for my client based out in Bangalore Location.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities to generate new leads and expand the company's client base.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and promote the company's products or services.
4. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.
5. Conduct research and leverage networking to generate leads and identify potential clients.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products or services.
7. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and achieving sales targets.
8. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and deliverables.
9. Organize and manage clients projects, tasks and deadlines efficiently.
10 Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and identify new business opportunities.
11. Documentation, document management.
12. Represent Company at industry events and conferences, actively promoting our services and expanding our network of industry contacts.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role, with a successful track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
3. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
6. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
8. Experience in the B2B Sales is a plus.
