I talk to Founders (almost daily) who struggle with Building teams or building morale. I tell them it can be solved by doing 3 simple things: 1) Vision cast. Get damn good at getting your team bought into what tomorrow looks like. Own (and be) the story. 👓 2) Develop a BHAG culture. Big Hairy Audacious Goals are what builds incredible, vertical-owning, businesses. Let your people know you set big goals, get them to set big goals, and then go after them. 3) Be a PERSON. Not every day will be perfect. Not every day you will hit a BHAG. Some days your feet will feel like you are stuck in concrete. Don't be scared to share those days with your people, too. Nail the 3 above and you are headed down a solid path. #founders #salesstrategy #buildingteams
