POLICE BEING ARMED BY INSURERS AGAINST INJURED WORKERS A Particular Workers Compensation Insurer has been identified as a repeat offender across . Statistics is unknown as the various police forces and it appears insurers will not release information to the numbers of times they sought assistance for 'welfare checks' the term is used loosely. The Insurer than wipes their hands clean and make claims like: . Following receipt of contact, the NSW Police Force determine the appropriate course of action in accordance with their own policies and procedures. Letting them take blame and responsibility! Police Beware!!!! A Behavior Analyst and a Forensic Psychologist both came to this conclusion: The insurer's actions in this case demonstrate a significant misinterpretation and false correlation of events. icare NSW NSW Ombudsman REPORT BODY ... Lastly, the insurer's actions raise concerns about their duty of care. While they claim to be acting in your best interest, their approach appears to be more about protecting themselves rather than genuinely addressing your needs.
