E-waste is becoming a major threat to land pollution, contributing to environmental degradation and health hazards. While the theme for this year's World Environment Day "Land Restoration, Desertification, and Drought Resilience," reminds us of our responsibility to protect and restore our land we at Beetel take immense pride in the fact that we've been doing our bit towards land restoration and e-waste led pollution through our sustainable e-waste management intervention. Recognizing the impact our operations can have on the environment, we’ve taken proactive steps to address this pressing issue. To combat the threat of e-waste, we’ve set up 95 e-waste drop points at all our regional offices, distribution centers, and service hubs. Through these drop points, we have been able to procure and successfully recycle 2800+ metric tonnes of e-waste.
