Asked for her key takeaways or advice for someone thinking about founding or in the early stages of a new biotech, Catriona responded: "I think what you need in order to be successful is to be both creative and resilient." "You've got to be able to take some of the knocks. Then think, how do I fix this? How do we get this better? And think creatively, because those that do, are the people who really succeed."
